4.1 Delivery Partners: We have partnered with DHL and FedEx for our shipping services. Our back office systems are fully integrated with these carriers, allowing you to track your parcel's progress from our door to yours.

4.2 Delivery to Physical Addresses Only: Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or similar addresses on any of our delivery services. We require a valid physical address for delivery.
