Exception or Non-returnable Items

For your kind information, certain items are not eligible for return like, items you ordered with customization that means custom made products or personalized items, personal care goods, flammable gases or liquids, gift cards. We do not accept returns for discounted items.

For defective products: We will bear the shipping cost.

For customer remorse: The customer has to bear the actual shipping cost for any kind of issue that made by customer.
